Welcome to the Atlantic Avenue UB Church 

    Thank you for checking out our website.  We are truly excited about the tremendous things that are happening at our church.  Jesus said, "I have come that they may have life and that they may have it more abuntantly."  People here are finding out that this promise not only applies to eternity, but to our earthly lives as well.  In a sometimes difficult world, people are finding a place where they can come and learn not just how to cope with life, but to live life with love, joy, and peace.  Many experience a first time life changing relationship with Jesus Christ, while others are finding renewed faith in what they believe and how they live. 

    We have a very talented staff consisting of four full time pastors, a part time Children's Ministry Director, and our full time ministry assistant.  This staff leads our congregation in the various ministries that exist to draw us closer to God and do His will.  I would encourage you to learn more about our staff by visiting the staff page.

    We have a saying here at AAUBIC that is taken from an Old Testament scripture: "Now Moses said to Hobab the son of Reuel the Midianite, Moses' father in law, 'We are setting out for the place about which the Lord said, 'I will give it to you.  'Come with us and we will treat you well.'"

    We invite you to join us on a wonderful journey.  A journey that will let you have love, joy, and peace as you serve your Creator.  It is a journey that will allow you the opportunity to someday stand before Him as He calls your name and says, "Well done good and faithful servant."
