Gary Small, Senior Pastor

Pastor Gary has been effectively teaching God's Word and how to have a personal relationship with his Son, Jesus Christ, at AAUBC since December of 1991. Gary is also responsible for casting God's vision for the church to the congregation and implementing that vision. He ministers to families and individuals in all phases of pastoral care. Pastor Gary and his wife Linda have 2 grown daughters, Holly and Shelly, a son-in-law Bill, and 2 grandchildren, Micah and Simon.

Brad Riddle, Worship Pastor

Pastor Brad has been leading worship at Atlantic Avenue since 2000. As worship pastor, he works directly with the planning and development of our corporate worship. He works alongside the worship team to help our church grow in vibrant worship both privately and corporately. He and his wife, Merideth, have three daughters.

Dustin Staples, Youth Pastor

Dustin joined the church staff as the youth pastor in November, 2005. He received his degree in Adolescent Ministries from Indiana Wesleyan University and is currently enrolled there seeking an MA in Youth Ministry. Dustin oversees all elements of the youth ministry (grades 7-12) - programming, teaching, counseling, discipleship, pranks, random immature actions (including his own), gross games, and all the other stuff that comes up working with teens. Dustin has an amazing wife, Ashley, and two wonderful young children. He loves spending time with his family, friends, and the youth that show up at his house. Dustin also likes coffee, Oreos, sports, guitar, and exercising...pretty much in that order.

Pat Daugherty, Associate Pastor

Pat has been at AAUBC since September 2006. He and his wife Judy have four adult children and nine grandchildren, which they thoroughly enjoy. Pat's primary areas of ministry include Adult Ministries, assimilation of our guests, overseeing the Finance Team, and a variety of administrative tasks. Pastor Pat is available for any pastoral care you may need

Kerrianne Gahr, Children's Ministry Director

Kerrianne is a Grove City College graduate with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Christian Ministry. She has been on staff here at AAUBC for the past 4 years. Kerrianne has been married to her husband Jeremy for 5 years and they have 2 amazing kids; Alexa (5) and Alayna (3)! She feels very honored and privileged to be training the next generation to be doers of God's Word.

Jeneen Gahr, CARE Ministry Director

Jeneen has been at AAUBC since 2003 as Ministry Assistant. As of 2012 she has accepted the call of God to serve as CARE Ministry Director. In her new role Jeneen will oversee and be involved in the caring of our church family, as well as leading the GreifShare Ministry. Jeneen lives in the Franklin area with her husband Fran. They have three sons, Joshua, Jeremy and Jacob, three daughters-in-law, Kerrianne who is married to Jeremy, Jami (now with Jesus) who was married to Josh and Heather who is married to Jacob. They also have three beautiful granddaughters, Alexa, Alayna, and Jenna.

Holly Small, Pre-School/Nursery School Director

Holly is the Director and primary teacher in the AAUBC Pre-School and Nursery School. Holly earned an elementary education degree from Huntington University in Huntington, IN. She has been serving the Franklin community for the past 10 years by educating little children in a loving Christ-like atmosphere.

Debbie Craver, Business Manager

Debbie joined the staff as our Business Manager in June of 2010. She brings a wealth of knowledge to her job having been involved in the accounting field for over 30 years. Debbie handles all of the church finances from paying bills, payroll, and doing the weekly banking. Deb and her husband Steve have been married for 14 years. They live in the Franklin area with their 3 cats and 2 dogs.

Mandy Miller, Ministry Assistant

Mandy joined the AAUB staff in March of 2012.  She assists the pastors and congregation with numerous administrative tasks.   She and her husband Adam have been active members of AAUB for the past 6 years.  They have been married for 12 years and live in the Franklin area.  They have 2 children; Isaac, 9, Mariah, 6 and Maggie, their 5yr old puggle.  Mandy is a part of the worship team, women’s and children’s ministries.

 Erin Graham, Children's Ministry Assistant

Erin joined the AAUB staff in December of 2012. She assists Kerrianne in the Children's Ministry department. She and her husband Chris have been attending AAUB since 2007. They have been married for 3 years and live in the Franklin area. They have a son Asher, age 2, and another on the way in the spring of 2013.Erin joined the AAUB staff in December of 2012.
